I practice a holistic model focusing on addressing body, mind, and spirit. Clients I see often come in wanting to decrease feeling anxious or depressed. Other issues I commonly address are managing navigating transitions, managing chronic pain and illness, supporting sobriety and getting unstuck from problems in relationships or work. I strive to support clients in building lives that are meaningful for them.
I provide clients with a safe and supportive environment. I work together with clients to meet their goals. Past life events that many of us experience can limit our current lives. I provide compassionate ways to understand and re-frame these events.
