I approach counseling from a holistic and integrative perspective. It is crucial we acknowledge and take into account all these parts of yourself as we move towards healing and transformation. With a certificate in trauma counseling, I specialize in working with trauma survivors, women experiencing postpartum anxiety or depression, and birth trauma. I also enjoy working with high achieving and anxious adolescents.
