My approach incorporates years of practicing and studying methods of psychotherapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, post-traumatic growth, and behavior modification.
I am a licensed clinical social worker in NY specializing in child, adolescent, and young adult mental health. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, child behavioral problems, and ADHD. I utilize CBT and DBT techniques to help you (or your child) feel more in control of your (or their) emotions and behaviors.
