I work with adults who are dealing with a variety of things such as depression or anxiety, relationship issues, low self esteem or shame, and/or feelings of "stuckness" or being lost.
Rather than being the "expert" in the room, I work *with you* so that together we can build more awareness. I believe that this is part of the process that leads to change and can release you from painful patterns. I am LGBTQ+ affirmative and trauma trained.
