I am not currently accepting new clients. Seeking a new therapist can be overwhelming and even intimidating but I believe everyone is the expert on their own life. I enjoy working with individuals who are totally new to counseling and with people who have had bad experiences with therapy in the past. If you're not sure where to start or what modalities will most help you, that's ok. Counseling is a process, one that requires trust and connection, and as long as my clients are invested in themselves I am willing to put the time and effort into their success.

I specialize in trauma recovery and have experience working with adult survivors of childhood neglect and abuse as well as adult survivors of sexual assault and other forms of trauma, such as first responders. I have training in EMDR, CPT, IFS, CBT, and Polyvagal therapy.

If you're struggling with constant, negative thoughts, difficulty relaxing, poor sleep, or troubled relationships and it feels like you don't always have control over your life, counseling may help you get back in the drivers seat. Sometimes it just takes an non-bias, outside perspective to help us regain control. The initial call is always free.
