My passion is helping those who have been impacted by interpersonal trauma to begin the healing process towards recovery & wholeness. Those who have been personally affected by traumatic events know all too well the sense of grief & loss, shame, embarrassment, & even judgment these issues often bring. I believe that unresolved negative life experiences from past trauma are the primary source of issues such as depression & other mood disorders, anxiety, relationship challenges, interpersonal conflict, identity issues, & self-esteem challenges.
