I have accrued over 15 years of experience with people on sorting through a variety of life's difficulties. I work with people who may be struggling with all sorts of problems including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and relational difficulties.
I work collaboratively with every person I meet as needs and preferences vary. The three models I draw from the most are: Internal Family Systems (which helps us to separate and heal parts of ourselves,) Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (which emphasizes using relationship to heal) and EMDR (targeting traumatic pathways.)
No matter the issue or goal, I draw from my belief in treating life's problems with respect, kindness and humor.
