Using a developmental orientation, I apply a variety of therapeutic techniques. I often draw upon Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Systems Theory to inform your therapeutic treatment. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups; from children through senior aged adults.
From my personal Christian perspective, I see each person who comes into my office as a valuable, unique individual, loved by God. I seek to serve my clients by exhibiting a reflection of that unconditional love and value that each of us are created to experience.
