My treatment approach is integrative, drawing from various modalities and techniques. I incorporate mindfulness strategies, insight-oriented approaches, and elements from CBT orientations. My knowledge of multiple modalities allows me to adapt and connect with my clients in a way that resonates best with them.

Living an examined life brings greater meaning to our everyday experiences. I have witnessed many individuals recover from symptoms, and cultivate more intentional, mindful, and satisfying lives through therapy.
