Teen Anxiety and Depression Group
Group specializing in tweens and teens with depression and or anxiety. We have multiple groups based on age 12-13-year-olds, 14-16-year-olds, and older teen/young adult groups. Skill-building utilizing CBT, DBT, Sandtray, experiential modalities, in addition to interpersonal peer support. This group is led by Alexis who has over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, and families through group and individual therapy. Our Psychologist has 28 years of experience in individual and group psychotherapy. Days vary depending on age group
