As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I work with couples, families and individuals who are seeking help to understand and deal with life's challenges. Whether you are seeking solutions for marital difficulties, repair parent/child relationships, aid your child in seeking help, or work through other trials and struggles, I will work intentionally to create a safe and inviting environment. I will collaborate with you in learning coping strategies, understanding perspectives and discovering ways to thrive in life and relationships.

Along with my university education I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and mindfulness practices. I work with my clients to find the therapy modality that best fits their goals.
