Are you looking for compassionate and trauma informed supervision outside your agency? Are you looking for clinical supervision and private practice support to process challenging case issues or prevent burnout and isolation? I am now offering in-person clinical support, case processing, and the ability to reflect in-depth about your work and how to continue to cultivate best practice through a trauma-informed and compassionate lens.

Somatic Healing: Mind, Body & Soul Connections
Individual and/or small group sessions now being offered. We will be working with various somatic healing modalities. Learn to move from a disembodied ( disconnected, anxious, activated, chaotic) state to a more integrated /embodied state (calmer, connected, regulated and present). We will use psycho-education about your nervous system and guided, gentle & somatic (body) techniques to help support/supplement traditional talk therapy. We will use our body, breathe, simple movement, and our senses to enhance understanding of where emotion is held/felt in the body. Call for more information and to discuss if this is right for you!

Rediscovering Self-Care/ The Embodied Therapist
Is your passion for your work feeling depleted? Are you feeling exhausted or disconnected emotionally? I am currently opening several spots to work with fully licensed mental health professionals in need of cultivating a strong, trauma-informed and somatic based self-care routine both in and outside of the therapy office. These sessions will be aimed at enhancing your well-being and bringing the joy back into your clinical work! We will be exploring how your own routines before, during and after sessions can enhance your clinical work and cultivate more peace and satisfaction in both your professional & personal life!
