New Location: Now Accepting New Clients. This practice primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Therapies. I specialize in the treatment of Anxiety (i.e. OCD, Social Anxiety, Phobias, etc.), Adjustment and Depressive Disorders. I also provide Tele-health sessions to Connecticut based clients as needed, with the following office hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays from 8am-8pm (closed Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon).
