Since 1993, I have worked with individuals and families coping with a wide range of social, emotional and psychological stressors. My areas of clinical expertise Include the following: Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Panic, ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
I specialize in helping clients find strategies to effectively manage stress in their lives. This stress may be related to school, work, family and/or relationships. My approach is warm and caring, strength-based and solution-focused.
As the mother of three children, I not only have theoretical and professional experience with children and parenting, but understand first-hand the challenges and joys of parenting. In addition to my clinical work, I have served as a consultant to local schools and not-for profits and as an adjunct faculty member at George Mason University.
