I specialize in helping those with issues pertaining to ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, male issues, anger management, vulnerability, relationship issues, and work/life balance.
I have over 20 years of experience working with clients experiencing challenges with their body, mind, and spirit. I have always been tuned into peoples' energy and wanting to help others regain their passions in life. I believe therapy is a journey and I am here to help facilitate that.
