I work with teens and adults of all ages to help them overcome self-defeating behaviors, sort through difficult thoughts and feelings, and make whatever behavior changes they would like in their lives. Many of my client struggle with issues such as relationship challenges, work stress, overcoming traumatic events, grief, and substance abuse.

One of my specialties is addiction. Addiction often stems from a loss of connection with others and your inner self. We can explore ways to heal and recover from whatever addiction has a grip on your life. Personally, I am interested in fitness and enjoy helping clients find ways to achieve and maintain physical fitness as a tool for overall wellbeing.

I am passionate about serving my clients and assisting in their healing and self growth. I see therapist as a partnership where I will both support and challenge you, and respect your personal goals.
