I approach mental health holistically since the mind, body and spirit are connected; all play an important role in mental well-being. I use mindfulness, somatic, relational and psychodynamic approaches to help uncover the different parts of the self that have either been overlooked, repressed, or undiscovered which can lead to various mental health issues.
