My area of focus is helping individual adults learn to cope with a wide range of areas including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, aging as well as everyday challenges. I have been in the mental health field and providing therapeutic services for 12 years.
My approach in therapy is using cognitive behavioral therapy, supportive therapy as well as using a strengths-based approach. When we meet, we will work together to develop a plan and learn techniques to help you reach your goals. I look forward to having the opportunity to work with you!
