I specialize in working with driven individuals, couples, and families.I help clients reclaim parts of themselves that may have been lost or forgotten in their pursuit of excellence. My therapeutic approach has been particularly helpful with people nearing transition points in their career/life (parenthood, retirement, injury, death, etc.). I also work with teens/teen athletes, child-free individuals and couples, and our elder population. Symptoms of anxiety, depression, lack of motivation, body image issues, and substance misuse are common in clients I work with.
I specialize in depth psychology. Clients will develop a relationship with their self as they truly are - not who the client or others imagine them to be. This pursuit of wholeness allows anyone, with any psychic pain, to discover their best path onward. Depth work is a fitting option for those who have tried other types of therapy with limited results.
