My primary specialty is trauma recovery for both children and adults. I also provide "Walk and Talk" therapy in which we move the session outdoors and walk at your pace during the therapeutic conversation. Treatment areas include ADHD, OCD, Insomnia, Chronic Pain, Chronic Illness, Burnout, and Anxiety.
