I provide a challenging, engaging dynamic atmosphere fused with psychoeducation and a number of therapeutic approaches, in order to fit each client's needs. I have extensive experience working with PTSD, sexual and physical trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, anger management, women’s issues and ADHD.

In our work together we will explore your past, in order to discover links and patterns to your present state of mind and thus help you live a more fulfilled life.
