As a holistic therapist, I am dedicated to help my clients through mind, body, and spirit. I have some trainings in EMDR, somatic experiencing, and hypnosis. I believe that accessing our subconscious and releasing stored emotions is where true healing lies. I am here to hold space for my clients to talk, while also guiding them into feeling and healing.
