My approach is interactive: I create a judgment-free zone in which you can explore the issues that are causing you stress, unhappiness or frustration.

My style is warm, open, and engaged. I listen and ask questions that will help you think about yourself and your life from a different perspective. I acknowledge that individuals are social beings and are greatly influenced by their culture, family and workplace.
