I have experience using EMDR, self-compassion, play therapy, mindfulness, and animal assisted therapy to facilitate insightful change. I know change is possible, my clients and I have experienced it. I work with individuals, couples, teens, and kiddos 5 yrs and up. Whether developing language for feelings through play, learning coping skills, transitioning through life changes, or fine-tuning parenting methods, we can work together to meet your goals. I specialize in animal assisted therapy with my canine partner, Nugget, or your own equine.
I'm a skilled, compassionate listening ear for you, your family, and/or your children. I can add tools to your parenting toolbox. I can help to deepen relationships with animals or humans.
