My areas of specialization include interpersonal relationships, trauma (specifically religious/spiritual), emotion regulation, mindfulness, and self-compassion.

I am non-judgmental, warm, direct, and goal & growth oriented. As a women myself, I understand how challenging it can be to move forward through difficult stages of life.
