My primary objective as a psychotherapist is to establish a safe environment built on trust and empathetic understanding. I believe that the key to a healthy therapeutic relationship is creating a strong rapport with my clients. My theoretical approach is integrative, utilizing techniques from various theories, depending on my clients’ individualized needs.
I understand the dark, unexpected feelings that can arise from individual's issues, and the isolation and self-judgment that can accompany them. And, I know how effective and powerful it can be to feel validated and heard.
I offer individual counseling in a safe and supportive environment where together we can address issues such as the struggles of infertility, maternal mental health, and postpartum depression & anxiety. I enjoy working with individuals in a collaborative, non-judgmental, and empathetic way that helps them feel empowered and valued.
