I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, children and families enjoy and find fulfillment in their lives and relationships. The therapy I use is called Emotionally Focused Therapy. (www.ICEEFT.com). This therapy is designed to get at the root of problems by unlocking the emotions that keep us trapped. When we understand how our emotions drive our behaviors, we then experience insight and freedom, which leads us to make transformational changes in our lives. I have worked with numerous couples to bring understanding and a closer connectedness to their relationship. I also work with teens,individuals and addictions.
Besides my masters degree in marriage and family therapy, I have invested 400+ hours in additional training in marriage counseling. It is a passion for me to see marriages mend and flourish. I also work with families, who are estranged and disconnected, to bring a restorative, healthy connection.
I work in the northwest part of Las Vegas near Cheyenne and the 215. My office has big picture windows with a lovely view of the mountains.
