If you are exhausted from lacking good boundaries, find yourself triggered into emotional outbursts, dealing with shame, anxiety, insomnia, panic attacks or self-doubt, I want to walk with you through the weird, embarrassing, and painful parts of your life so that you can discover comfort, acceptance, hope and strategies to reduce the power that your triggers have over you.
I treat adolescents to young adults with a history of trauma, anxiety, and self-esteem issues. I love encouraging clients to challenge inaccurate beliefs that lead to patterns of people-pleasing, stress, or sleepless nights. I have a holistic, integrative approach and am trained in CBT and EMDR. I can offer a Christian faith-based perspective upon request.
I am a warm, light-hearted, and goal-oriented person. My desire is to support you in moving towards the changes that will benefit you the most, while feeling those pains along side of you.
