I am certified in EMDR which provides us with excellent tools to help you to discover the roots of the issues you are currently dealing with. EMDR enables you to desensitize triggers, calm anxiety and other emotional reactions and resolve trauma - which means you'll be able to respond to things the way that you want to instead of having your emotions control you.

I have a deep commitment to neurodivergent-affirming care. I have a particular interest in supporting people who are diagnosed later in life and understand the unique challenges that people face in getting diagnosed as adults. I am supportive of people who have self-diagnosed autism and do not have an official diagnosis.
