As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Registered Nurse (RN), my approach to therapy integrates both psychological and physiological perspectives to create a sustainable framework for long-term health. While I have a special focus on helping healthcare workers and educators, my unique professional experience allows me to relate to many individuals.
