Hi, I’m Lindsey. I am a licensed professional counselor with 12 years experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I specialize in mood and behavioral issues at various stages of life including ADHD, ODD, anxiety, depression and self-esteem issues. My main goal as a therapist is to help my clients create their own path to happiness and discover their full potential.
I pride myself in being a warm and encouraging yet direct therapist who prioritizes the client in every session. I utilize many different theories including CBT, TF-CBT, person-centered and solution focused therapy. In my opinion, an ideal counseling environment should be built with trust and rapport and focus on values of mutual respect and empathy.
