Fundamentally a compassionate and creative person, I operate from a trauma-informed, relational perspective and am committed to anti-oppressive practice. I specialize in treating eating disorders and trauma, along with general mental health. I use an eclectic approach; we may incorporate mindful self-compassion or somatic awareness in our work together.
