I would like to congratulate you for taking the time to explore therapy. I know that finding the right therapist takes time and energy and is a decision that shouldn't be taken lightly. I welcome any questions you have about me or my practice. I hope to put you at ease from the moment you connect with me via phone or in the office. I approach my clients with a positive & hopeful attitude as we work with one another. The people I have had the privilege to work with describe my style as warm, compassionate, interactive, and collaborative.
My areas of specialization include relationship issues, separation/divorce, depression/anxiety, trauma, ACOA, eating disorders, grief/loss, sexual disorders and women's health related issues. I also have a sub-speciality working with teenage girls and young women. I enjoy helping people lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
In addition to counseling, I am a certified JourneyDance Facilitator which helps people get out of their heads and back into their bodies through dance, movement and music. In teach weekly community classes for adults, and am an independent contractor fora local teenage IOP/PHP program and residential treatment center where I facilitate JourneyDance.

we are now VIRTUAL This is an ongoing group for teenage girls. This group allows the opportunity for teenagers to support one another through the many challenges associated with being a teen girl. Topics of interest include dating, relationships, body image, eating issues, and self esteem.
