We then learn to cope in ways that make things worse like alcohol or scrolling through social media. There comes a time when it is necessary to talk through the stress or trauma, unlearn beliefs that are holding us back, and develop healthy ways of facing life's challenges with courage.
Whether you are a child, teenager, or adult; everyone needs someone who will listen and understand. In order to heal, we must build trusting relationships, develop healthy ways of dealing with life's challenges, and face the past with courage and acceptance.
