My 13 years of combined experience as an art teacher and a school counselor and my credentials can help you in your life journey to your best self.

What I love about art therapy is that it is truly for everyone: any age, any gender, and does NOT require any artistic skill. Art Therapy is process-based, focusing on the journey of expression rather than making an artistic masterpiece. Art is the vehicle for emotions, feelings, thoughts, and ideas to be expressed. Art helps when words are difficult.
