We are all unique individuals; there is no one way to do therapy. I have many years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults that allow me to utilize clinical experience to find the path that helps an individual, couple or family obtain the help they are looking for.
My private practice is varied. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults who experience depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder or substance abuse. Specialties include children and adults with ADHD and learning disabilities. I also administer Psychological/Psychoeducational Evaluations that include neuropsychological tests. I have extensive experience with adoption and people with medical illness.
Prior to becoming a Clinical Psychologist I was a Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist. I coordinated the Consultation & Liaison Service at Schneider Children's Hospital (now Cohen's) which provided mental health services to medically ill children. Currently I teach Psychological Testing to doctoral students in addition to my Private Practice.
