I help women who are anxious reconnect with and prioritize themselves -- to know what they think, how they feel, what they want, and what is important. I help them learn to listen to their emotions and trust the unique wisdom they contain. I point to skills and strategies for engaging in life differently. I offer hope and the opportunity for transformation.
