I primarily work with adult and college-age clients, specializing in trauma, attachment/relational wounds, depression, and anxiety. Do you feel like you have been putting a bandaid on old wounds and traumas rather than getting to the core and healing them? Our work together often involves identifying unhealthy patterns that are being repeated, exploring the origin of these patterns, and learning new ways of coping. Providing therapy that is supportive, understanding, comfortable, and safe is my top priority. I do this by building our therapeutic relationship from a place of compassion and acceptance.
