Understanding one of the most difficult actions in our society is to reach out for help, I believe in assisting all people to find peace and happiness within themselves and their relationships. I have had 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples and families with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, family relationships, ADD, gender issues, self-improvement and more. I am very focused on helping people find their power within and believe in using their strengths to overcome their challenges in life.
Although I specialize in helping families with challenging youth and empowering women/girls to reach their full potential in healthy manners, I also work with couples and individuals to find peace and a positive path in life no matter their challenges. (Please note I only serve clients 14 yrs old and older).
My 20 years of experience in the mental health field has taught me the need for balance in ALL things. I use a blend of Eastern and Western practices in my treatment including Positive Psychology, Functional Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness and Awareness.
