I believe that counseling is a brave decision that requires courage. I practice emotionally focused, client centered, and strengths based therapy. I hold a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University, as well as a bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Auburn University.
