My goal is to help human beings enhance their well-being and make positive changes in order to live a life worth living. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance abuse, borderline personality disorder, and schizophrenia. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
In order to provide individuals with quality services, I use evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I graduated from the University of Michigan with a Master's degree in Social Work with concentrations in Interpersonal Practice and Mental Health. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Nutrition from Central Michigan University.
