Forming and maintaining healthy relationships is an essential component in navigating through life, yet it is not an intuitive process. Many individuals are unclear as to why old relational patterns are continued or why current relationships do not meet their needs and desires. This group utilizes a psychodynamic group process to increase relational skills and identify more effective patterns and themes for connectivity. Cognitive behavioral techniques are used to rewrite prior scripts often embedded within old relational patterns.
