My 15 years of experience working in the mental health field have allowed me to support a diverse group of people as they learn, grow, and discover new ways of understanding themselves and the world.
I specialize in working with people with anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship issues. One of my passions is helping couples strengthen and deepen their relationships. I have experience working with LGBTQ couples and ENM couples. I also enjoy working with men who are new to therapy.
