Our goal is to walk the path of personal growth with you. We currently focused on supporting teens and adults to explore their lives' experiences and to become the version of themselves they most desire. Since first starting to work in direct service it has come clear to me that every human being is unique and worthy. Hence, I draw from different Evidence Based Treatment modalities in order to best fit the needs of each individual client. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT, Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RO-DBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), among other modalities.
Mindfulness practice is a huge part of my life, as well as my professional work. I provide individual services and work with clients that speak English, Spanish, or Portuguese. In addition to being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I am a cultural competency trainer, a certified prevention professional, and a certified Yoga Instructor.
My diverse cultural and professional background has been extremely valuable to connect with diverse clients and assist them in their path of self-improvement and reaching their desired goals. At this time, we are only accepting new clients who are a good fit for online-based therapy.
