I have been working in the mental health, substance abuse field for nine years. I specialize in Depression/Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders. As well as Grief, Life Transitions, Special Needs/Life Skills, and Trauma as I am trained as a EMDR therapist.
