I'm a Level II Reiki Practitioner, trained in EMDR, and offer culturally competent counseling which addresses anxiety, depression, past trauma, and situational issues.
I created my group practice, To The Root Counseling, to expand services to the BIPOC ( Black, Indigenous, and people of color) community.
