I specialize in helping women in their 20’s-40's who struggle with: anxiety, depression, loneliness, imposter syndrome/persistent feeling of not-good-enough, low self-esteem, perfectionism/pressure of “effortless perfectionism”. Together we will sift through your thought process, look at how it shows up in your relationships, and survey your emotional landscape. I am drawn to help clarify what is being said from what desires to be said. By connecting with what you yearn for in life, we work together to bring more calm, inner centeredness, a feeling of wholeness, and authentic living.

Something unique about my approach is that I am grounded in Attachment Theory and Depth Psychology. You will experience being deeply listened to while we investigate what’s underneath your symptoms. Like taking a closer look at the roots, we might incorporate dreams, poetry, music, art, body wisdom, unconscious patterns, or images like the divine feminine.
