My clients are teens, young adults, and LGBTQ individuals who are struggling with emotional health. I specialize in treating addiction, substance use, and eating disorders. I offer non-judgmental support, wherever you are on your path to healing. I offer clinical supervision for LCSW, LCAS, and CSAC licenses, and utilize a social justice framework.
I use a combination of cognitive, behavioral, and somatic therapy approached. I use EMDR therapy to help clients work through traumatic memories and stressors. I use ACT and CBT to help clients identify and explore thoughts and feelings, and use DBT therapy to help clients learn skills to find emotional peace and cope with distressing emotions.
