I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals and families who are experiencing life stressors that effect their emotional wellbeing. I am certified in a number of evidenced based therapy models including ART, DBT, TF-CBT, PCIT, CPP and MBSR. I’ve also completed my certification as a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist.
