I am passionate about supporting clients who are struggling with feeling stuck and need a supportive space to commit to better understanding themselves and what they want to make of this journey. I have extensive experience in working with anxiety, depression and anger. Together, we can work on goals of developing self compassion, healing from pain, and clarifying your values to better assert your ideal communication in relationships or business.
I offer my clients compassion, a sense of humor, and a calm space to sort through confusion and facilitate growth. For those who are interested, we can extend homework for self care or couples. Additionally, I am able to competently provide assessments in areas of learning/social emotional issues for adults or adolescents seeking evaluation.
